Prior to founding Converge HR Solutions, Mark was the Chief Administrative Officer for a large Philadelphia based non-profit organization. In this capacity, he was responsible for strategy and operations support of five subsidiary companies for this $250 million Foundation. He also served in the capacity of Chief HR Officer for 10 years before assuming the responsibilities of Chief Administrative Officer.

Kris Taylor, President – VerifyProtect.com
In 1989, Kristina began her career as a customer service representative at the newly formed American Tenant Screen, Inc. In 1994, she accepted a partnership and worked her way up to COO and president. In 1999, she pioneered background screening on the Internet. This innovation launched ATS, Inc. ahead of many competitors. In 2000, ATS expanded their service offerings to include employee background screening through a new brand: VerifyProtect.com, a division of ATS, Inc. In 2008, Kristina joined the board of the Delaware County Human Resource Association (a SHRM Affiliate Chapter). She was elected President of the association working with a great group of board members to serve Delaware Valley businesses and HR professionals.
